So now that i’m back to lifting heavy things and not just Crossfit, it’s a different kind of sore and tired. Not better or worse, just different. The fact that I had forgotten how to do quick gym math didn’t help either. But this is what I used to get my butt up and to the gym Saturday when I could barely walk (due to doing the wrong weights), I was tired and cranky and hot…sometimes we’re our own worst enemy
