A new training regimen

So due to a  lingering injury I’m not currently able to do Crossfit.  After speaking to my sponsor sister I decided to pick up her gauntlet and “train like a figure competitor.”  While I love picking up heavy things and putting them down (smile) I have always said that I can’t do the diet.  Well, time to stop making excuses.  I have 20 weeks to police myself, challenge myself and improve myself.  Here’s to looking like a figure competitor: month 1: week 1: day 1
